According to #Meduza, #AzatMiftakhov [0] has published his third #maths research paper from inside prison since his 2019 arrest; “La conjecture de Chui dans un cadre hilbertien” (“#ChuisConjecture in a #HilbertSpace”). His #ArXiv papers from 2019 + 2020 are both posted after Feb 2019 [1]. The new paper is apparently in the closed-access "Revue de la filière mathématiques".
