The "#DontAskDontTell" movement is based on the fact that in Australia, you don't need to give your medical details to others (so they can discriminate against you).

And the person behind the counter may not need to ask (and in fact asking may be a #battery/crime) as to what someones #medications are. They may only need to place a door sign requesting that people not on the medications refrain from entering.

This is not law advice, but we may have read something recently.
