Can anyone recommend a good music player app for Android/Linux?

So far I've been using the #VLC media player in F-Droid, which is functional, but the UX isn't great. Particularly when it comes to managing excluded folders to keep non-music audio out of my track list.

Also, I can't seem to edit metadata with it. Eg so I can make all the albums I have in folders actually appear as albums, instead of using playlists to hack around that limitation.

Review of an interesting Gameboy-ish music player that is well worth reading if you are interested in such things. I might be tempted to back this / buy one for myself and my kids.

What's "funny" about this is that it has a magnetic backer that is intended to clip to your smartphone.

Like, you know, the all-in-one devices that were *supposed* to obsolete standalone media players. The all-in-one devices that, frankly, suck as music players - especially if you run Linux and just want to copy MP3s, etc., over to a device without having to fuss with cloud services or whatever.

Es gibt ein Update auf Version 2.0 für meine Linux-GUI-Applikation "CoverflowMP"

Es handelt sich um einen MediaPlayer/ein MediaCenter im Vollbildmodus (angepasst für die Darstellung auf großen / TV-Bildschirmen)

In der neuen Version ist ein Konfigurator hinzugekommen. In diesem Konfigurator kann man (derzeit) das Hintergrundbild der App dynamisch festlegen und mehr als einen Video-Ordner konfigurieren
