For my #Moodle development
I have found it very, useful. A Typical scenario is that I start to type in a command and it offers me the possibility of a completion. Sometimes it is exactly what I want, frequently it is close and I tweak it.
However the ultimate #Moodle specific development tool is -
#Moodle developers should try out the #MDL_code plugin for #VSCode (or in my case #vscodium)
It has a long list of features but I was just wowed by its plugin wizards. I was about to create the files to make my #aitext question type (Which uses AI Systems like #ChatGpt) compatible with the Moodle mobile app.
I right clicked on the db folder, selected the new file option and with no future dialog it produced the skeleton of the required file as in the animation below.
