CW: Death
Hi dad.
It has been a year or so since our last phone call in which you criticised me for not calling often enough.
And then you asked what's new with my life.
I was honest to tell nothing is new. Another day on the wheel, another rotation of earth.
#maythefirst was your favourite day and also the day you left us.
I lit your favourite incense - roses, like the rose jam you used to brew and socialist rose on your tombstone.
Another day on the wheel without you.
Farewell. 🌹 -
