No início desta semana, uma carta de um ativista preso na França foi publicada na internet. A polícia quebrou a senha do disco rígido LUKS. Uma façanha que antes era impossível agora pode ser realizada em alguns meses, aproveitando até 10.000 servidores com GPUs modernas. Na raiz dessa falha está uma função criptográfica que mostra sua idade, PBKDF2.
