@ia With a few minor exceptions where I need #Pandoc conversions, #Vim table mode, or support for an atypical #Markdown variant like #Markua, #iawriter is far and away my favorite GUI editor and note-taking app. It's my second most-used #macOS and #iOS app outside the terminal, with Notes being first.
Now, if only I could get the undocumented format of #AppleNotes to bulk import into iA Writer I could solve 99% of every snippet problem I have ever had! One can dream, right?

#AsciiDoctor is an amazing tool, and #AsciiDoc *seems* more feature-complete than #Markua for writing ebooks. @leanpub has #Markdown & Markua options, but no AsciiDoc support; @pandoc doesn't seem to support AsciiDoc either.
Markdown has many great editors with live preview, e.g @ia Writer. Markua has in-browser support from LeanPub for Markua 0.30. Why is AsciiDoc the only one that lacks GUI editors altogether?

@mudge I _adore_ iA Writer, and use it for 90% of my general writing. However, it doesn't currently recognize its own sister product's markup yet (e.g. iA Presenter) or work well with variants like #Markua or #GitHubFlavoredMarkdown. That sometimes forces me to switch to a very customized .vimrc so I can tweak the markup, but that's (perhaps) a nitpick.
Between #iawriter, #vim, #Marked2, and #PanDoc I get all of my #WYSIWYM writing done faster. Thanks for sharing your process!

@leanpub The new #Markua editor you offer online is really good, and I'd recommend to any #LeanpubAuthors who aren't using #iOS or touchscreen devices and want to use the latest Markua spec with #aiwriting support. Definitely a major innovation!
