If you've done anything with eComics and eManga you have likely come across CBZ and CBR files. CBZ is a zip file, CBR is a rar file. There are other variants like CB7 for the reason, different compression methods.
The compressed file contains a bunch of images typically of GIF, JPG or PNG. Later WEBP was added and more recently JXL and AVIF formats have shown up. This has not bode well for older readers as they now need to keep up with the image compression race.
They can also be in sub folders in the archive and depending who you ask, the images are displayed in sort order or in order they exist in the archive. In most cases this works out the same since most packing code does the sorting transparently. I'm of the sort camp as I just can't see how the physical order makes any sense. But then I also came across one archive that the files were labeled in character sort order but were packed up in timestamp order or some other order, it's not clear. Which since at some point the files were scanned or downloaded out of order they had timestamps not in order. -_-
So you'd think at this point you'd seen it all. I mean how many more ways can you do this? Well one person decided filenames that are just numbers with no 0 prefix. You get stuff like: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg ... 10.jpg, 11.jpg.
A simple sort would put 10 and 11 between 1 and 2. So yeah, why.
Anyway, I've been writing scripts for months to make sense of this slop and re-package to something that is more unified. Zip compression with WEBP images. Great compression and solid archive format. Read up on what RAR did a while back just to keep people guessing.

Hi! Call me Marsh or Zubat. I moved from another fedi instance last month to try out Sharkey. I have a personal account listed in my bio.
The stuff I talk about are fandoms I'm currently getting into or fandoms I just suddenly remember (some listed at the end of this post). If I get recommended something, I might not get around to it for a long while.
I'm a huge shipper. I might usually post about rarepairs, but I like a lot of relatively common ships too. If I remember something I used to be into, you can probably bet I'll remember some ship I had from it too. I have a good amount of polyamorous ships as well. Despite all this, I'm actually arospec (vague wording because I'm not sure which identity in the spectrum I actually am).
I wanna write fanfic! At the moment, I have a bunch of ideas that I've been messing with on-and-off for Pokemon, Skip and Loafer, Dungeon Meshi, Hilda, etc.
I'm interested in indieweb stuff as well, and maybe I'll try making a personal/fan site for myself (emphasis on "maybe").
My opinions on shipping discourse are a bit more complicated than pro or anti, but I'm leaning closer to anti. I think profic opinions sound too much like "free speech" activists. Think about the paradox of tolerance: you can drive people away from a space by being too permissive about what can be posted there. If you disagree with that, you probably should not follow me because I get carried away ranting about it sometimes.
I think I'd prefer my followers to be at least 20 years old just to give myself some leeway to be a bit crude on this account. I'm not super sure about having this limit higher than 18 because a lot of things I like have a lot of younger fans, but I'm going with it anyway.

I'm re-reading "Noblesse", and enjoying it twice as much as the first time.
The events are now being lived at the right pace, and I can absorb more thoroughly the humor and the romanticism in the last part of the story.
It is also a story outside the story, with the Authors truly "coming of age" or maybe I should say "coming of art".

🗳 Resumen
Es la historia de 4 chicas que son reclutadas para llevar a cabo un plan maestro... reunir una fortuna robando a los mas ricos del pais, pero no todo sale como nos gustaria.
🗳 Argumento
Desde el comienzo la trama atrapa por lo bien hilvanada como una trampa de miel. No queda nada al azar y cada detalle esta muy bien trabajado.
En lo personal me gustaria ver menos violencia en las historias, pues me parece que esa herramienta le quita calidad. O sea, es como una forma de engaño. Entre mas violencia se utiliza, menos se necesita trabajar en los diferentes aspectos de la obra, ya que al mantener la adrenalina alta se puede despreocupar del resto... pero esta sobredosis termina por generar a largo plazo desinteres en volver a leer la historia. ¿De que sirven balazos, muertes, persecuciones si aportan muy poco y son incluso contraproducentes? Es como en los hentais, que tanto exageran en las escenas sexuales que finalmente terminan generando rechazo por el exceso.
Una buena historia debe tener una cantidad equilibrada de cada cosa y ser consistente.
Esta historia puede dividirse en 2 partes. La primera la encontramos en las primeras 2/3 de los capitulos y es la que mas me gusto, ya que vi un buen balance en todo.
La segunda parte me parecio mucho mas debil, ya que al parecer al autor le fallo la creatividad y echo mano justamente a lo que ya dije antes: A un exceso de violencia. Aun asi, no perdio tanto en consistencia.

A mi me gusto muchisimo, ya que sin perder detalles importantes, los cuadros, ni las paginas estaban exageradamente recargadas de imagenes innecesarios. El balance siempre fue perfecto. Las imagenes estaban bien concatenadas y permitian seguir toda la historia.
🗳 Traduccion
Excelente, aunque algunos capitulos fueron traducidos por diferentes scans (a veces con errores menores), pero en lo escencial me parece que nada se perdio.
