How many words can you type using only characters on the home row of your keyboard using different layouts? Using /usr/share/dict/words on my machine:

Yay! First time in 15 months (since badly fracturing my wrist and the surgery to put everything back together!) that I've been able to type on my Kinesis Advantage 2 keyboard!

Just have to remind myself of the #Maltron layout, most of the muscle memory is there but I keep forgetting where some of the less used keys are! 😅

OK #accessibility peeps. My left hand is giving me sh*t again and now, after 10 years, I'm seriously pondering to get me one of the #maltron one-handed keyboards.

As they are not exactly cheap and I have no opportunity to try the out anywhere I thought I might as well ask here:

Does anyone have first-hand experience? Would you recommend? Or should I simply get a 60% keyboard and learn the fghj-typing method?

You know what's funny? When one looks for a split contoured #ErgonomicKeyboard, it's the other way round: there are exactly TWO commercially available models - #KinesisAdvantage360 and #Glove80.

Last month, I got the latter. Previously, I used a #KinesisAdvantage, one of TWO commercially available non-split countoured keyboards (the other being #Maltron).
