This Autisa 110cc cylinder for Honda MT80/MB80/MTX80 engines now fully restored and complete:
- blasted with glass beads, spray painted
- bored and honed to 54mm
- new threaded studs for the exhaust
- the intake port milled to accomodate a 6-valve #Malossi membrane
- fitted with a new (NOS) piston and ringsShould be a great starting point for a (relatively) high-torque setup when combined with a high-pressure head and a 24mm Mikuni carburetor.

Anyone who reads my nonsense will know I got my #motorbike licence in March, so I could get a bigger bike for use in #Spain. I got myself a new #Piaggio Beverly 400.
Discovered I REALLY enjoy riding motorbikes, so decided to get one for here (NI).
It's another Beverly, but older and with a 350cc engine, not a 400. But, it's had a full #Malossi tuning kit added, so it goes like stink!
It's a lot of fun, and I'm now addicted to motorbikes :-)

Discovered I REALLY enjoy riding motorbikes, so decided to get one for here (NI).
It's another Beverly, but older and with a 350cc engine, not a 400. But, it's had a full #Malossi tuning kit added, so it goes like stink!
It's a lot of fun, and I'm now addicted to motorbikes :-)

Het uitzoeken van een membraan voor deze Autisa cilinder is lastig: Het liefst zou ik een 6-klepper van Malossi installeren, maar de inlaatpoort is daarvoor niet diep en niet breed genoeg.
