Why are diagrams always based on the male shape? This is the status quo effect: when we think about humans, we think men (unfortunately). When I design, I always try to include female shapes as well. So for this diagram on the Basics of Burn Care website I updated the outdated design, and included a female shape as well.

🤳 Science communication & social media
👩💼 Presentation design
🎨 Crash course design for scientistsDuring the summer I'll be looking back, and will think of new ways how to make science sexy!
