Here's what I do:

Before I hire anyone, for anything, I find out if they are maga, just come out and ask them if they think Trump is doing a good job. They'll look a bit panicked, or they'll puff up, but just find out and tell them you don't support those who support this President or the administration.

It's harder with the big stores, I know, but I've asked for the manager a few times at different Walmart's or big box stores and let them know I know the company supports #TFG and I won't shop there if I can avoid it.

Simple. It takes a bit of courage the first few times.
