I just visited the #Cadillac dealer in #WalnutCreek and, boy, was I unimpressed.

I scheduled a service appt for the new to me 2024 Cadillac #Lyric that I just bought a week ago & the service advisor didn't seem to know anything about the car. 🙄

I decided to cancel the service appt when I discovered that they can do a "used car inspection" which is all that I want to do right now.

Will schedule that for an 7am appt (which will require me to leave the house at 6am) but will allow me to get in & out earlier.

I also was not impressed with the parts department because they couldn't even find the parts that I was looking for -- a case for the GM inflation kit & a new tire sealant canister. 🤦‍♂️

Guess I'll have to buy & order those things online or via eBay. 🤷‍♂️
