Looks like Loupe is now available in Debian testing. And the sandbox is now enabled as well.

And here it is. My blog post about #LoupeApp and #GlycinLib, introducing the new image viewing stack in #GNOME.

Finally got around to finishing the blog post about #LoupeApp and #GlycinLib. Waiting for some feedback and will be out in a few days.
-
Some #LoupeApp and #GlycinLib updates:
- You can now test GNOME's new default image viewer in GNOME OS https://os.gnome.org/
- Glycin now has a 32 bit CI and build errors on 32 bit have been fixed one more time.
- Glycin now also tests decoding image formats with example images in CI. This will soon be extended to testing correct application of ICC profiles etc.
-
Another thing that made it into #LoupeApp 45 beta: Sandboxed image decoding for all formats.
Hopefully, I will find the time within the next weeks to explain why sandboxed image decoding is great for more than 'just' security.
