Sad to hear that Robert Blake, the American actor, has passed. His film career began at the age of six and spanned seven decades. Unforgettable as Perry in Richard Brooks' 'In Cold Blood' (1967) and, his last film appearance, the insidious "Mystery Man" in 'Lost Highway' (1997), one of David Lynch's most terrifying characters.

Actor #RobertBlake has died from heart disease at the age of 89. Blake is best known as TV cop #Baretta, and as a cold-blooded killer in the 1967 classic #InColdBlood, but became infamous after being arrested, accused and acquitted of murdering his wife in cold blood. He got his start in #OurGang (aka #TheLittleRascals) shorts and appeared in films like #TheTreasureOfTheSierraMadre (1948), InColdBlood (1967) and #LostHighway (1997).
In 2005 he was acquitted of killing his wife, but found liable in a civil suit.
