More #parkrun tourism today - finally did the one at #SouthNorwood, just down the road from where I grew up in #Croydon and where my parents still live. Happier childhood memories of this park than of #LloydPark but both of the parkrun courses are great. Lloyd is a challenge, but South Norwood is largely flat and lots of lovely wildflowers.
tbh, I’ve yet to run a parkrun course I haven’t liked!
