    I got dualboot of and working on my Fossil Gen 6 (hoki)!

    is installed to boot partition and is flashed to userdata partition.
    kernel is installed to recovery and rootfs flashed to the system partition.

    That way I am flexible to re-flash eather system without getting trouble with the other one!

    🧵 15/X lk2nd vs. chroot Debian

    I was able to boot a self compiled #lk2nd (without LCD support) on the MSM8916 modem, but didn't dare flashing a kernel. Will wait for someone with DTS expertise to guide me.

    Chose to install #Debian chroot instead, via unix.stackexchange.com/questio

    #Trixie was too ambitious, failing on Linux 3.10 with no `getrandom()`

    Bullseye did work, kinda sorta. I could SSH in, but no `ping` and no `apt update`?! Was it SELinux? Was it AppArmor?
