Here it is on my #PinebookPro!
There is video cache on this platform, so video_sync() needs to be called every time.
Maybe I should not switch to 8x16 on the second screen too early (the content stays on screen even if you change the font) and that would be nicer.

The keyboard was the killer feature! I still have one over here...
It was a bit heavy in weight, but that made it also feel very sturdy.

@danct12 I've had bad experiences with Pi's and SD Cards with any sort of reasonably live filesystem. SD just wasn't built for that
Every SSD Pi I have put together has been pretty much rock solid. It also solved my issues with #HomeAssistant long term stability that had driven me away three times (HA is on a NUC now)
This is going to provide a core network service for #SEAK as well as provide a handy desktop above my workbench if I put a display in it.
I have other HW for that though

@danct12 Thanks! Yeah surprisingly it does hold charge. I have booted it to check if it still works 4 or 5 years ago and charged it to about 40%. I'm gonna be using it plugged in without the battery anyway as a beginner "server" to learn how to SSH and stuff. (Before I get my hands on a #rpi4b, excited!)

Today is #Nokia #N900 15th anniversary.
Nokia N900 was released on November 11th, 2009 and is one of the few last mobile Linux devices.
It is also the last device to be shipped with the Maemo operating system.

Have made a fresh build of #SailfishOS to install on the @pine64 #pinetab2. Latest version 5.0.0.77, updated instructions here https://github.com/sailfish-on-dontbeevil/documentation/wiki/Installation . Make sue to update the flash-it script. Install can also be done from a barebones @danct12 danctnix running on SD, installing the required programs using 'pacman -S' instead of zypper.

Yes, very pleasant. FYI, this is the sunset seen from western #HongKong island about a week ago. The exact location is Belcher park in #KennedyTownI watch the marine traffic and setting sun from this location on the regular.

Turns out upgrading to zsh 5.9-5 on #ArchLinuxARM breaks command substitution. That's the first time I seen something like that happened.
