Geezus what a way to welcome Friday!
2 rounds 50 minute cap did it in 39. Did get some good stretches done at the end cause boy did I need it.
Managed to do all 80 hand release push-ups on my toes!
And I don't like the ski-erg - we are not friends.

So I don't get old and can keep on living. Plus I enjoy it.
And to counteract the medication I am on as it can decrease bone density. I have my annual bone density scan today so will be interesting to see the results. Oncologist on Monday as well.
