Two photos taken recently on Catherine Pass between Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons east of Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
Photo w/ the cloud was taken with an iPad mini in panorama mode. Photo with the patch of old snow was taken with a Sony ⍺6500, lens zoomed to 37mm, f/16.
Some photography purists look down on mobile devices but I feel like I can capture wide landscapes easier w/ the mobile device.
