I have designed a new logo for Lingo.lol!
:Lingolol:
It replaces the (ever charming, but very silly) Schwan mascot :Schwan: . I hope this new simpler logo resonates with our little community.
I have also given us a latin motto, 'In linguīs conjugēmus', which (I hope) means 'Let us unite in languages' or 'Let us conjugate in languages'.

Hello Lingolologists! Today is the instance's 6 month anniversary 🎉 So far, it's been a pure joy having you here. I hadn't dared to hope to attract so many interesting and clever people to this instance. We seem to have settled at a nice and comfortable 143 active users at the moment. Thank you every one of you!

Really pleased that I get to join the #lingolol instance and ease the load a smidge on the giant #mastodon.social. So appreciative of the #serverAdmins and all the #volunteers running this thing. Gotta make sure I do this #migration correctly as I don't wanna lose any new #friends
