  1. Just caught up with the 2023 enshittification of Red Hat, a another step in its assimilation by IBM, loyal supplier of computer systems to fascists since 1933;

    The first generation? Not exactly. Commodore 64s and other PCs of their era were all CLI, not GUI. As were IBM PCs and their clones until Windows 3.x in 1990.
