Vor dem "Kyosk" nahe des Freiburger Hauptbahnhofs herrscht reger Betrieb. Die Einrichtung ist eine Mischung aus Kiosk und Veranstaltungsort, eine lange Schlange hat sich gebildet. Auf der Straße stehen viele und warten. Andere nehmen den Nebeneingang, kommen sofort an die Reihe, ihr Vordrängeln wird mit einem sehr freundlichen Dankeschön quittiert: Im Vergleich zu den Menschen in der Schlange sind sie privilegiert und können ihre Besorgungen unkompliziert mit Bargeld bezahlen – aus Solidarität mit den Wartenden tauschen sie hier Bargeld gegen Einkaufsgutscheine von dm, Aldi und Co. ein.
Für Geflüchtete im Kreis Freiburg ist die Einführung der Bezahlkarte beschlossene Sache: Damit dürfen sie lediglich 50 Euro Bargeld pro Monat abheben. Weitere Leistungen, die den Betroffenen nach dem Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz zustehen, kommen zwar auf ihrem Konto an – doch über dieses Geld zu verfügen, sorgt in der Praxis für Probleme und erschwert den Alltag.

After seeing a workshop using a crappy pseudo/proprietary forensic web capture toolkit for law enforcement, I was disappointed by the lack of open source tooling to have a sane forensic collection for web capture. Following a discussion with @rafi0t he did an implementation to add web forensic acquisition in @lookyloo including timestamping using DFN timestamping service. Thanks @dfncert
