  3. @us This is what a sociopathic entitled rich white guy from Seattle does on vacation in Hawai'i ... he hurls a massive rock at Lani, the endangered female monk seal swimming near the beach at Lahaina, Maui for his entertainment. When confronted by locals, he said "So what, I'm rich, I can pay a fine." The local cops cited him and gave him summons. Later, he allegedly got hands thrown at him by locals. He's not welcomed back to Maui, but he is required to show up in federal court in Honolulu.

    Federal prosecutors have charged Igor Lytvynchuk with harassing and attempting to harass an endangered Hawaiian monk seal, a violation of the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
    If convicted, Lytvynchuk faces a maximum prison sentence of one year for each charge and a maximum fine of $70,000.
