I went to drop off my bike and wheels for tune-up and wheel replacement at Landry's Braintree. The service department is so backed up (it's spring time) that I couldn't get my bike back until memorial Day. So they put me in to drop off the bike again on the 22nd so I can ride before then, but I left the new wheelset with them. I probably should've called them beforehand .....

The #Bosch battery/controller on our e-Townie failed - internal power surge - with repair cost of $950. #Landrys tried to get us a break to no avail. Bitter pill to swallow for a manufacturer defect (out of warranty).
