Thanks for t stories. It really is #grift all the way down. We think a #UBI based on % of national income is better than #grants.

Adjusted slightly for age, importance of #agricultural regions. Should probably go up and down slightly like waves on a beach, to make it impossible for #landlords to engineer #rents targetted at it. Literally each year, waves are televised and used to set the payments.
