What is a better start of work after holidays then to do a PR to an Open Source project #kunena
It's where appreciation meets appreciation where the magic happens!
This is what drives me to contribute. this is what (imo) makes open source communities thrive.How do you contribute to opensource projects you use?

Just did a small bugfix in #kunena, I love how welcoming this project is to 'outsiders' committing PR's: they look at the code and decide if they accept or not. Not all open source project I (try to) work with do this the same. Some look at the person instead of the code, or decide not to use the PR because 'I do not have an issue'...
It is sometimes hard to contribute to Open Source, but then I also know from experience that it is sometimes hard to be a maintainer.

So slow start here. Very pleased with #HomeAssistant monitoring my solar panels and shutting them down when the electricity price turns negative.
So today on the planning is helping the wonderful #Kunena team with their website, and some customers with styling of one of my extensions on their website.
Thinking about doing a release mailing for ochFoundation5 with a discount.
