Am Samstag haben wir ein besonderes Highlight gefeiert: Eine Delegation aus Seoul hat uns eine Auswahl aktueller koreanischer Literatur gestiftet, die ab sofort bereitsteht.
Gemeinsam mit der Deutsch-Koreanischen Gesellschaft e.V. wurde der Bestand präsentiert. Für die musikalische Untermalung sorgten Bohye Lee, Dahye Yang und Dong Nyouk Sunrise Kim mit einem Mozart-Duo, einem Schubert-Trio und einem koreanischen Volkslied.

sung-hwa hong’s “Erster Kyu” (“First Kyu”) is a coming-of-age story set in the world of the game of go. it also employs a questionable narrator in order to deal with some uncomfortable aspects of korean culture.
