    "Waiting for the Customers", I dubbed this shot: a rare moment when the Cheesecake Factory at Redondo Beach was all but vacant, and the ambiance of waiters' activity and the sailboats bobbing up and down ever-so-gently in the harbor created a vibe that...well, maybe it wasn't *unique*, but it was certainly *memorable*.
