Шквал критики, кампания по противостоянию и открытое письмо не остановили корпорацию. 30 сентября сотни миллионов пользователей из четырёх стран не смогут беспрепятственно устанавливать неодобренные Google приложения из некоторых магазинов приложений. А в течении 2027 года эти ограничения коснутся всех пользователей сертифицированных систем с сервисами Google.
Google уверяет, что всё это ради нашей безопасности, а продвинутые пользователи всё ещё смогут устанавливать всё что угодно... Если только разберутся как пройти сквозь лабиринт кнопок, устрашающие экраны и 24-часовое ожидание.
Но что теперь делать? Быть осведомлённым, распространять информацию, продолжать критиковать Google и пробовать альтернативы.
