Have you heard of Kambo 🐸?
Here's a thread about my experience with it in the jungle of #Brazil with the Huni Kuin #indigenous people.

Before going there, I had heard of kambo but never had the opportunity to try this #medicine. It consists of applying #frog secretions on burnt skin.

You may know Koh Phangan as Tantra Island. There was a recent documentary on Vice that I highly recommend (https://youtu.be/9UsWj15AFRs). I spent some time on the island where my curiosity led me to learn a lot about Tantra and alternative medicines like Kambo, both of which gave me some desperately needed healing from long term physical and mental health issues that began during the pandemic. 12/14
