There is something absolutely perfect about #DonaldFagen 's #Kamakiriad album on the first snowy day of the year.
Not simply the song "Trans Siberian Skyway," it's the feeling. A crisp, clean experience, looking at the world through white-colored glasses.
(Mr. Fagen, that is in no way to suggest you or your work have a color bias or blindness. The characters in this album's songs seem to this unreliable reporter to be white suburban brats. See "Snowbound.")
