A bit disappointed that #Positron isn't embracing #Julialang as a native language in their IDE. I think #Julia is a strong contender for exploratory data analysis #EDA. I do appreciate the minor support for a very alpha extension, but it's clear #Posit doesn't have real desire to support Julia. It's a wonderful language!

Hmm. #Julialang GFF3 module (and to lesser degree, BioSequences) need an update. If it's in same env as CairoMakie it'll lock down CairoM to a version incompatible with Julia release 1.12+, crashing out during precompilation step.

Surprised to see what should be a primarily text parser clash with Makie dependencies like this.
