  1. The filing also includes newly public comments made by other #Fox hosts….

In a Dec 2020 message w/ #FoxNews host #GregGutfeld, #JesseWatters nodded to the potential upside of aligning w/ those claiming the election was stolen. “Think about how incredible our ratings would be if Fox went ALL in on STOP THE STEAL.”But he #testified in a #deposition that he saw “no evidence that #Smartmatic Technology switched votes in the 2020 Election in the United States.”

  2. This came as #FauxNews prime-time host #JesseWatters, a #Trump ally, fantasized ON AIR about #Harris “paralyzed in the Situation Room while the generals have their way with her.” (Watters *says* he “wasn’t suggesting anything of a sexual nature.”)

  3. #JesseWatters is a disgusting pig who would have been immediately taken off the air and fired by literally any other network than Fox for his #disgraceful, #misogynistic, #sexual remark about VP #KamalaHarris. #FoxNews, in their inaction and silence, is a sending a big, blaring message about how they view women, and it's a reflection of the anti-woman culture of the greater American #rightwing. These people are intellectually and morally bankrupt. We deserve better.

  4. #Conroy says #Trump violated the #GagOrder when on Truth Social, he quoted #FauxNews commentator #JesseWatters characterization of prospective jurors as “undercover liberal activists." Prosecutors flagged this as the most serious of the violations & Conroy now says it’s “very troubling."
Conroy points to the timing, last Wed evening. The next morning, Juror2 asked to be excused, upsetting Justice #Merchan. He complimented the #juror after excusing her, saying she would have done a good job.
