Para crear la web de #Carburoid (http://carburoid.canvoki.net), estuve mirandome otra vez generadores web estáticos que he usado otras veces como @pelican , @astro, #Hyde, #Jeckyll... y, he acabado reinventando la rueda por enesima vez. Lo siento, he creado otro generador estático. Minimalista, específico para webs de apps mobiles. Seguramente lo incluire en un paquete de scripts para agilizar desarrollos Android desde linea de comandos.

Il s'agit d'apprendre à travailler « frugalement » pour nous centrer sur l'essentiel : comme lire des choses sur le Web, l'indexer correctement dans isidore & co. Une sorte de mise en application de la philosophie de @monterosato. Et puis, nous sommes un pays pauvre maintenant, plus de "petites mains" d'ingénieur·e·s dans les labos (comme dirait @mmellet), la crise climatique est là, etc. #HTML #StaticHTML #Jeckyll #Hugo

@frankiesaxx @freemo I feel like Hugo might be easier to install -- I feel like #Jeckyll requires #SSH access to a box and most people want to just install something easily--we've been spoiled by Wordpress. Nobody offers SSH anymore in their web hosting packages. Just WEBMIN access.

Are you looking specifically for blogging *service* alternatives? Because blogs themselves are very easy to self-host, and there are a lot of good options. Off the top of my head:
* Netlify
* GitHub pages
* GitLab pages
* Neocities
* Wordpress.orgAnd the first few can all be combined with open-source static site generators (#gutenberg, #hugo, #jeckyll, #gatsby, etc.).
My own blog (https://www.codesections.com/blog) is an example of this stack (Gutenberg + Netlify)
