Someone on another platform shared this quote, with the implication that it reflected the mindset of tech executives pushing the current LLM/AI bubble.

Scott Fitzgeralds "Der große Gatsby" hat mich äußerst angenehm überrascht: Ein großartiger Roman mit psychologisch fein gezeichneten Figuren, der trotz des fast reißerisch anmutenden Endes nie reißerisch wirkt (etwa im Gegensatz zu Paul Auster oder Jonathan Franzen in der Gegenwart, bei denen die eingefügten kriminalistischen Szenen immer aufgesetzt und einem vermuteten Publikumsgeschmack geschuldet wirken). 1/2
