C'est parfois génial, parfois cuistre mais toujours passionnant.Et pour ne rien gâcher, en dialogue avec Sophie Caron, commissaire de la prodigieuse exposition "Revoir Van Eyck" au Louvre.
A voir absolument aussi bien pour "La Vierge du chancelier Rollin" que pour les autres tableaux proposés qui apportent un éclairage passionnant. -
@kaib ps. if you're going from Lille to Antwerp, a diversion via Bruges then Ghent along the way (each only 30 minutes apart by rail) would be well worthwhile. #janvaneyck

"On 7 November 2014 the first international RISO Expert Meeting ‘Magical Riso - 1001 Printing Experiences’ was held at the #JanvanEyck Academie in Maastricht (NL).
The day’s programme comprised lectures, presentations and demonstrations on risography. Featured speakers included representatives of Knust / #Extrapool, #HatoPress and #IssuePress, among others. The abundant programme further constituted a RISO exhibition that showcased printed matter made especially on the occasion of the International Expert Meeting by artists #JohannesSchwartz, #RobJohannesma, #JuliePeeters and #ChaimvanLuit, among others. Additionally vintage stencil machines from #ErwinBlok 's collection were on show. Here’s an impression of his vast collection of Gestetner stencil machines from the 19th and 20th century."
