It's strange that media and people get all excited about Russia launching ICBM-like missiles at Ukraine because they could also carry nuclear warheads. While the Iskander missiles , already used for a long time, are also nuclear capable.

These articles about whether russia's Dnipro missile strike was an ICBM or not are weird. There is little practical difference between a short-range (6000km or so) "inter-continental ballistic missile) and a long-range (6000km or so) "intermediate-range ballistic missile" when both fall from the sky at Mach 10-20 and have payload capacity for multiple warheads (MIRV), whether those are nuclear or conventional.
