Tattle Life, an online gossip forum that targets influencers and celebrities, which has been described as "the most toxic place on the internet," may be on its last legs. An Irish couple, Neil and Donna Sands, sued the site for hosting defamatory and harassing commentary about them and unveiled the founder as a vegan influencer and author called Sebastian Bond (who also used the name Helen McDougal). Cosmopolitan explains the site's background, how much money Bond was making from it, and how he was brought to justice.

I used to frequent a forum on a site called Queenzone. It was for fans of the band. It lived for about twenty years.
There was drama on a daily basis. There were feuds that had been going on for years (I had a few minor feuds). Newbies were mocked mercilessly.
I loved it because there were people there who knew the most obscure and interesting stuff.
I don't believe Mastodon can be free from drama but we can try to keep it healthy.
