I participated in a survey by KPMG and the results of the survey isn't surprising me. Hope we all work together to improve #Accessibility #Disability #inclusivity in our society.

* Desired employer actions include fostering an inclusive environment (58%) and changing recruitment processes to remove barriers (45%).

>>Representation: Nearly 80% believe that more representation of persons with disabilities in leadership roles is necessary.
