I saw this paper today in Internet Archaeology:
https://doi.org/10.11141/ia.59.10
It is a nice overview of how #archaeology has developed over the years and of course nice #citation #networks
Quote: "Archaeology is revealed as a consistently broad and developing subject drawing extensively on methods and approaches from the sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. It is intrinsically international in practice."
I love the #interdiscipinarity of archaeology!

Another example of why I find "The Conversation" to be (more often) totally irrelevant and sometimes, like this, actively horrible.
A very badly presented argument about #interdiscipinarity. Claims without warrant or justification. Held together with a paste of whining.
Nothing in this article matches my experience or what I've learned actively researching these topics. #disciplines are usually the problem, not the solution.
