Just inked two pens 🌸 The TWSBI Precision pen in gun metal is new and writes like a dream. It is metal and not resin like many TWSBI pens so it won’t have the issues with the resin crumbling. It is, however, not particularly heavy.
The Wearingeul “Frankenstein” ink is stunning: purple with a faint green shimmer!

Done engaging in #FountainPenDay2025 commerce. I feel all giddy and anxious, thanks brain!
I splurged on a pen boxed set that #PenChalet has on sale for today and applied a 10% #FountainPenDay discount as well. Monteverde’s pen shaped homage to Piet Mondrian’s Broadway Boogie-Woogie. It’s a limited edition and comes in a lovely box with a bottle of ink with a label that also references the artwork. I chose the flex nib for it.
Mondrian is one of my favorite artists. @christi3k once sent me a postcard of this piece of artwork from NYC, postmarked on my birthday. I’ve been eyeing this pen set ever since I first saw it.
No deals on the #DiamineInk I wanted from the black edition (2024) of the #InkventCalendar, but I’m happy to have found the three I wanted full bottles of.

Just inked another fountain pen 🌸 This is an Asvine P20 which flows freely and writes smoothly. The ink is from last years’ Diamine inkvent calendar.
And yes, I now have far too many fountain pens inked so I have to write with them all a little each day to prevent them from drying out 🤣

Inked up my Pelikan fountain pen with Chilly Night star bright ink 🌸 It is tricky because it is full of sparkle but this Pelikan deals well with star bright ink.
