It all started with me wanting to change my email address. Oh, surprise – #ikmail from #Infomaniak doesn’t to be authorised. I asked support: ‘Please send a photo of your credit card with the CVV/CVC and with your name written by hand’.

So I asked for clarification on how this doc would be processed and stored. Reply: “Send the doc, otherwise we can’t proceed.” EXCUSE ME?? #data #privacy #GDPR #GPDR #mail #email
