Rowed for 21 minutes, just me, my rower, #ShaneFarmer from #DarkHorseRowing & his machine, which is much, MUCH nicer than my $35 used rower. 🤣 Also got 5500+ steps in today, so far. Pilates is up next but I have to let my body recover from my pulse sitting in the 140s for most of my walk outside. (At 94 now, so almost time. Just a few more deep breaths.)
