    Hank, our youngest pet, is 5 today. Well, sorta. This is the day we observe his birthday based on the estimated age we were given when we adopted him. He is half Great Pyrenees and half Belgian Tervueren. To celebrate, he got about a fifth of the patty from the cheeseburger I tried to eat for dinner (new meds prevent me from being able to eat much in a single sitting so I appreciated the assistance - normally, we have a strict "no people food" policy for the pets).
