  6. Some years ago our #company switched to English nomenclature for departments and so on.

    When I mentioned to a coworker that I'm pissed to be called a #HumanResource I was told that it is just a name and I'm reading to much into it.

    After how #COVID19 and other illnesses are handled in society and the growing calls for "unpaid sick leave" in DE I'm fucking SURE we are nothing but a disposable #resource to corporates!

    - leichte Identifizierung von Toxic Employees,
    - Erstellung von Täterprofilen,
    - Big Data findet Querulanten,
    - u.ä.
    wahrgenommen.
    Anschliessend war ich mir nicht mehr sicher, ob ich tatsächlich auf einer Personal-Messe war...

  14. Empathic Business Consulting should become a mainstream reality. As an empathically open person it would be interesting to be on retainer for corporate clients in business course direction and improving the work of HR departments being humane.

    I know so many people that work for companies where the employees suffer the ego issues of those above them and the fallout effects the businesses company wide in the end.

    While Olohan, a married father of seven, said he was initially uncomfortable bringing up the incident because many of his colleagues were drunk, his co-workers later chalked up the behaviour to “Tiffany being Tiffany,” court papers say.

    Olohan said he reported the issue to Google’s human resources department the following week, but nothing ever came of the complaint.

    The HR rep “openly admitted … that if the complaint was ‘in reverse’ — a female accusing a white male of harassment — the complaint would certainly be escalated,” according to the lawsuit.

    Olohan claims Miller began retaliating against him after he made the complaint by criticising him and reporting him to human resources for “microaggressions,” although the complaint does not specify what Miller accused him of.
