Lovely shot! All four feet in the air at the same time, if I see this corretly?
My dog Castorp is a Whippet, and the Whippet body too is constructed so as to allow for all four feet to be up at the same time when running. The motion is that of a coil that gets through a cycle of being suspended and being released. He also does nifty sharp turns when he runs, though I imagine that the Arctic Hare's turns are sharper still! :-)
