Clear, slight sulphur smell, noticable feel.
No bathing, but the spring water can fill a bucket using the leftover pipes. Take a shower. It's great.

The Ozark Sanatorium bath house, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, had just opened months before it was destroyed by a fire in 1913.
So, this did not last long.
