Sehr selten heutzutage:
Ich habe heute aus eigener Blödheit falsch bei Flaschenpost bestellt (PET statt Glasflaschen) und habe sie telefonisch - während sie gepackt wurden - noch stornieren können.
Eine der wenigen Hotlines, die _erstmal_ das Problem (meine Schuld) wegmacht, und dann fragt, ob sie noch was tun kann.
Glasflaschen neu bestellt und jetzt 2h später bekommen. Nächstes Mal passe ich auf - aber diesen Kundendienst muss man auch mal öffentlich loben.

EON macht vor, wie Telefonhotline auf gar keinen Fall geht. Die Hotline-KI erzählt ständig, dass sie helfen will, die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Dabei passiert genau das Gegenteil.
Was war passiert? Stellt euch vor, ihr wart früher (vor mehr als einem Jahr) mal Kunde bei EON. Plötzlich erhaltet ihr an eine Mailadresse, die nie bei EON verwendet wurde, eine Aufforderung zum Stromzählerablesen. Die KI-Hotline kennt so etwas gar nicht und verlangt trotz reinem Hilfeersuchens immer wieder eine Authentifizierung wie u. a. die nicht vorhandene Vertragsnummer. Keine Chance. Eine 3/4 Stunde und etliche Versuche später endlich ein echter Mitarbeiter. Die E-Mail ist echt. Da wir aber kein Kunde sind, sollen wir sie ignorieren.
Ich habe nun so viele Fragen mehr.

Heute konnte ich mit Hilfe einer #Fritzbox 6820 einen #Ausfallschutz für meine Fritzbox 5590 Fibre konfigurieren. Das lief zwar am Anfang hakelig und mit Hilfe des Telefonsupports von AVM aber nun läuft es und nach 3 Minuten Glasfaserausfall übernimmt die 6820 via LTE. Das gesamte Netz läuft einfach weiter. Faszinierend. Weltklasse auch der Support von #AVM, für mich die beste #Hotline ever: Erreichbar, geduldig, und bis zur Problemlösung engagiert. Danke!
