So fyi, #hollandamerica is not safe for people who have allergies. about six times now I've seen items on the dining room menu, in the Lido Market, etc, explicitly labeled as vegan or vegetarian, despite not being vegan at all.
the dining room had escargot labeled as "vegetarian", as did a beef dish in one of the restaurants. today my mom ate a lasagna which was labeled as "Vegan Lasagna" in the Lido Market, only to find out later it contains dairy.
